If you have booked me to make your wedding cake, I will provide you with one complimentary cake sample box as part of my service, usually 6-4 months prior to your wedding date. You may purchase extra boxes if desired though. 
 
I only use compostable celophane packaging and recyclable boxes.

    The full menu & ingredients and allergens are on the prices page of this website, but a copy witll be included in your box with any variations to ingredients in your particular box. 

    Please do not purchase this item if you have any allergies to the products below. 

    This product is made in an environment where ALL the following
    allergens may be handled. Therefore, despite stringent cleaning,
    correct storage & kitchen processes, trace amounts may still be
    present.     Celery and celeriac, Cereals containing gluten for example,
    Wheat, barley, oats, rye, spelt, Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish,Lupin, Molluscs, Milk, Mustard, Nuts, for example walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, cashews, pecans, brazils and pistachios, Peanuts, Sesame seed, Soy beans, Sulphur dioxide and sulphites.

    REFUNDS

    Since my cakes, marshmallows and biscuits are perishable products and in the interests of food safety and hygiene, I do not offer a returns policy for these items.

    CANCELLATIONS

    If you change your mind about your order, please email me at info@sallyjeanweddingcakes.com as soon as possible as I may be able to cancel your marshmallow or biscuit gift box order and refund you in full. However, once you have received an “Order in Progress” email from me, I will not be able to cancel and refund your order.
