My artisan marshmallows are made with all natural ingredients. The fruit flavours are made with my homemade fruit purees (strained to remove the seeds). The beautiful soft colours of the marshmallows come entirely from the fruits (no artificial colours or flavours).

Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Blueberries (some seeds may still be present), Beef Gelatine powder (contains sulphites). Vanilla Extract, (sugar syrup, glucose syrup, water, Madagascan vanilla extract, Lemon zest , Corn Flour, Icing Sugar (Anti caking agent: Maise Starch)

allergens may be handled. Therefore, despite stringent cleaning,
correct storage & kitchen processes, trace amounts may still be
present. Celery and celeriac, Cereals containing gluten for example,

Since my marshmallows and biscuits are perishable products and in the interests of food safety and hygiene, I do not offer a returns policy for these items.
CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind about your order, please email me at info@sallyjeanweddingcakes.com as soon as possible as I may be able to cancel your marshmallow or biscuit gift box order and refund you in full. However, once you have received an “Order in Progress” email from me, I will not be able to cancel and refund your order.
