    Ingredients. Biscuit: Butter (Milk), sugar, Plain flour (Wheat, Calcium carbonate, iron, thiamine, niacin), raising agent (E500 Sodium carbonates), Vanilla extract (water ethanol, vanilla extract), Eggs, cocoa powder (Cocoa powder, acidity regulator: Potassium carbonates). Sugarpaste: sugar, glucose syrup, water, humectant: vegetable glycerine E422, palm oil*, emulsifier: mono & diglycerides of fatty acids E471, stabiliser: Gum Tragacanth E413, preservative: Potassium sorbate E202, natural vanilla flavouring
    Royal Icing: Pasteurized hen Egg albumen, acidity regulator (citric acid), stabiliser (triethyl citrate), water, icing sugar with Maise starch & calcium phosphates.

    Allergens: These products are made in an environment where ALL the following allergens may be handled. Therefore, despite stringent cleaning, correct storage & kitchen processes, trace amounts may still be present: Celery and celeriac, Cereals containing gluten for example, Wheat, barley, oats, rye, spelt, Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Lupin, Molluscs, Milk, Mustard, Nuts, for example walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, cashews, pecans, brazils and pistachios, Peanuts, Sesame seed, Soy beans, Sulphur dioxide and sulphites.

    REFUNDS

    Since my marshmallows and biscuits are perishable products and in the interests of food safety and hygiene, I do not offer a returns policy for these items.

    CANCELLATIONS

    If you change your mind about your order, please email me at info@sallyjeanweddingcakes.com as soon as possible as I may be able to cancel your marshmallow or biscuit gift box order and refund you in full. However, once you have received an “Order in Progress” email from me, I will not be able to cancel and refund your order.
